▶ I double-majored in Psychology and Communications and hold a Masters in Clinical Counseling Psychology. Yes, I’m that person who’s fascinated by human behavior and communication dynamics.

▶Music is my love language, and I believe there’s a soundtrack for every moment of life.

▶ I’ve helped hundreds of professionals overcome anxiety, self-doubt, and cultural narratives so they can confidently pursue their dreams and build the careers they’ve always desired.

I believe in constant growth and learning, which is why I continue to invest in growing mentally, physically, and spiritually through courses, coaching, and mindfulness practices.

▶ I’ve lived in cities across the globe, including NYC, Boston, San Francisco, Lagos, Dubai, Jakarta, Mumbai, and Madrid, and now call Austin, TX home. You can usually find me hiking with my family or discovering new places to eat in this wonderful city.

▶ I’m a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and believe in alignment - both physically and energetically. I bring this practice into my daily life to create balance, clarity, and purpose.

With 10+ years in corporate leadership and 10+ years in mental health and coaching, I’ve helped hundreds of first- and second-generation professionals cut through the noise and secure promotions and salary increases of $10K–$60K - without switching jobs, burning out, or doing “more.”


I know this terrain personally. I’m a first-generation professional, the first in my family to work in corporate America. I understand the weight of perfectionism, the pressure to be “grateful,” and the cultural narratives that quietly teach you to stay small, stay agreeable, and stay silent — even when you’re the most capable person in the room.


But here’s the truth: Playing small doesn’t protect you. It just keeps you underpaid and unseen. I’m not here for that - and neither are you. Career success isn’t about hustling harder. It’s about clarity, confidence, and strategy.
